WHAT YOU’LL DO & HOW IT SHAPES OUR SUCCESS The GMS Analyst provides forecasting, modeling, and data analysis to support capacity and budget planning for the GMS field organization. This role informs resource allocation decisions and supports management of Hallmark’s largest non-product budget.

Key accountabilities include

  • Assessing capacity across service, installation, extended services, and SBT inventories
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly recaps
  • Developing installation schedules for large-scale projects while balancing territory capacity
  • Analyzing wage rate data and time/cost estimates
This role partners with internal teams and customers, manages Power BI dashboards, and translates data into actionable insights. The Analyst collaborates across teams and communicates findings clearly to support informed decision-making and integration into business processes. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS The following are required to be considered for this role:
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of professional work experience
  • At least 1 year of professional analytics or data science experience
  • Experience with Microsoft platform (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Your resume will stand out if you have the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Finance, Data Science or a quantitative field
  • Working knowledge of GMS Field Merchandising Teams
  • Familiarity with Power BI dashboards
  • Experience with utilizing databases and large data sets for analytical purposes
  • Strong desire to explore various data sources to uncover hidden trends and opportunities for efficiency
  • Ability to simplify large and complex problems and determine data driven actionable insights
  • Proven track record of utilizing technical and business acumen to drive strategy and solutions

  • The salary range for this role is $75,000- $95,000. Final compensation varies based on several factors.
