Position Overview

We are urgently hiring enthusiastic individuals for a Part‑Time Evening Remote Customer Service Representative role. This position is designed for candidates who thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused setting and who value the convenience of working from their own home office. You will be the voice of Hirevector during evening hours, handling inbound inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, adhering to our service level agreements and maintaining a courteous tone.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and order status to customers across the United States.
  • Troubleshoot technical or service‑related concerns, guiding callers through step‑by‑step resolutions.
  • Process order‑related questions, including modifications, cancellations, and tracking inquiries.
  • Conduct post‑call follow‑ups when needed to verify issue resolution and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Document each interaction in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and completeness for future reference.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as sales, logistics, and technical support to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Hirevector product offerings, promotions, and policy changes through regular training sessions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call‑center environment, preferably supporting consumers via phone and email.
  • Residency in Minnesota (MN), Wisconsin (WI), Iowa (IA), or Michigan (MI). This ensures compliance with state‑specific regulatory requirements.
  • Reliable, high‑speed internet connection with a hard‑wired Ethernet setup to guarantee consistent call quality.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service, communication, or related fields are a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, clear diction, and a friendly, patient demeanor.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail for accurate data entry.
